Since this weekend is full of experiences we do require a waiver. Below the contents of the waiver so you can review it before you arrive. We will email this out to all attendees before you arrive or you can sign on site.  All participants will be asked to sign one prior to participants.  There will be no exceptions. The event is located at the Community Centre located in the Cypress Hills Community Centre, Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park, Ben Nevis Drive, Maple Creek, SK S0N 1N0.  Most of the events will be right in the Community Centre including the meals. Some will be at the Resort. We will share the location of all workshops on your arrival. If you are flying in for this event the closest Airports are Medince Hat, Calgary and Regina. The event opens Friday at 6:30 pm. We will begin the event with an introduction and sound session Friday evening.If you cannot arrive on time Friday, no worries, there will be plenty to experience Saturday and Sunday.  Come when you can.  Saturday will begin at 9:00 am and the weekend fun will continue until and Sunday at 2:30 pm with optional one on one opportunities and time to more time to connect on Sunday afternoon for those that are interested.
