Thank you so much for the soul tones….I am experiencing quite a letting go on every level, physical-mental-emotional-spiritual, and this all seems to be occurring with awareness. I did accidentally have the tones on ‘replay’ for the first day (so I don’t know how many times they cycled thru until I noticed) and then played them once on the second day. I am going to continue with the tones once per day for a while longer.
